Welcome to Forum for Management (FM)! We are pleased to receive your manuscript submissions. To ensure smooth processing and timely publication, please carefully follow the guidelines outlined below. Submission Template refer to: Manuscript - WORD_TEMPLATE.

1. Submission Process

  • Manuscript Submission: Authors must submit their manuscripts via our online submission system [link]. Please ensure that your manuscript is fully prepared according to our formatting guidelines [Manuscript - WORD_TEMPLATE] before submission.
  • Submission Preparation:
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
    • The submission has not been previously published, nor has it been before another journal for consideration.
    • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
    • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
    • The text is single-spaced; and employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
    • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

2. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscript Structure: The manuscript should be divided into the following sections:
    • Title Page (title, author names and affiliations, corresponding author’s contact information)
    • Abstract (200–350 words maximum)
    • Keywords (3-6 words)
    • Main Text (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion)
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • Document Formatting: Manuscripts should be typed in [specify font, e.g., Times New Roman], size 12, with 1 line spacing. Use 1-inch margins on all sides. More details: [Manuscript - WORD_TEMPLATE]
  • Figures and Tables: Include all figures and tables within the manuscript, placed at the appropriate points in the text. Ensure that all figures and tables are clearly labeled and have captions.
  • References
    • All references should be formatted according to [Vancouver Referencing Style]. Ensure proper citation and avoid plagiarism.
    • References must be arranged in alphabetical order of the first author in the Reference list. We recommend preparing the references with a bibliography software package, such as EndNote, ReferenceManager or Zotero to avoid typing mistakes and duplicated references. Include the digital object identifier (DOI) for all references where available.
    • Please use [1] [2] [3] [4, 7–10] [5, 6] [...] in in-text citations, numbers correspond to relevant sources cited in the reference list.
    • For more examples of citing other documents and general questions regarding reference style, please refer to Citing Medicine.

3. Peer Review Process

  • Double anonymized: Reviewer identity is not made visible to author, author identity is not made visible to reviewer, reviewer and author identity is visible to (decision-making) editor.
  • Decision: Authors will be informed of the reviewer’s decision, and any revisions or additional information required will be communicated promptly.

4. Corresponding Author Responsibilities

  • The corresponding author must submit the manuscript and related files (e.g. supporting data files, media, etc.). From the point of submission through to publication, all communication related to that manuscript will be directed to and received from the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors are aware of and approve the submission of the manuscript, its content, authorship, and order of authorship. Confirmation of this action is required at the submission of all manuscripts.

5. Ethical Guidelines

  • Ethical Research Practices: Authors must adhere to ethical standards in the conduct of their research, particularly when dealing with human or animal subjects. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all necessary ethical approvals (e.g., IRB, ethics committee) have been obtained before submitting the manuscript.

6. Conflict of Interest Declaration

  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, that may influence the objectivity of the manuscript. This information should be included in the cover letter and in the manuscript’s conflict of interest section.

7. Copyright and Licensing

  • Enlight Science Digital Publishing Group publishes its journals in an open access model; authors retain all copyrights of their articles; and everyone has unlimited access to these publications. Currently, all works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) by default.

8. Data Availability

  • Authors are encouraged to make all raw data, codes, and protocols used in the research publicly available. If applicable, please provide links to public repositories where data can be accessed.
